Count left from where you tied of on rnd 34. Sk 10 sps and connect yarn and do the following.
Row 1-4: 11 SC, Ch 1, turn.
Row 5: SC2tog, 7 SC, SC2tog, Ch 1, turn.
Row 6: 9 SC, Ch 1, turn.
Row 7: SC2tog, 5 SC, SC2tog, Ch 1 turn.
Row 8: 7 SC, tie off and hide string.
Counting left on Row 34 of hat from last made ear cover: Sk 28 sps connect yarn.
Rep ear cover rows 1-8
Go back to the hat on row 34 where you tied off and connect yarn back onto hat to cont. with rnd 35.
Rnd 35: SC around to 1 sp of ear cover, *Sk 1 sp, working up cover: 6 SC, 2 SC in next sp (corner), 6 SC across top, 2 SC in next sp (corner), 6 SC down next side, Sk 1 sp, SC to 1 sps of next ear cover and rep from * around to end, Sl to 1st Sc made, Ch 1, turn.
Rnd 36: Rep Rnd 35 tie of and hide string.
Braids – Soft blue.
Cut white yarn into yard strips and fold in half and place onto the ends of the ear cuffs. Take these strings and braid into wanted length.

Row 5: SLO around the entire motif, Sl to 1st made leave long tie for sewing onto the hat.
Eyes – White
Base: Ch 3
Rnd 1: 8 SC in 1st Ch made, Sl to 1st SC made, Ch 1, turn.
Rnd 2: 2 SC in each sp around, Sl to 1st SC made, Ch 1, turn.

Sew the head feathers on top of the hat.
To Assemble Face
First place the under eyes Motifs and sew them down slanted.
Second Place the eyes over the “under Eye Motif” and pupils on top of the eyes.
Third place the nose and before you sew on all the way fill with stuffing.
