Witch Succor Covers! How fun is this? Great for those Halloween parties! They will cover the average tootsie pop. You can reuse them every year too!
Materials: Size 10 Thread: Green and Black, size 1.9 crochet hook, Small white buttons, and orange DMC floss for the hat.
Hat: Black
Base: CH 3
Rnd 1: 5 SC in 1st CH made, SL to 1st Sc, CH 1, turn.
Rnd 2: *SC, 2 SC in next sp, Rep from * around, SL to 1st Sc made, Ch 1, turn (7)
Rnd 3: *SC, 2 SC in next sp, Rep from * around, SL to 1st Sc made, Ch 1, turn (10)
Rnd 4: *SC, 2 SC in next sp, Rep from * around, SL to 1st Sc made, Ch 1, turn (15)
Rnd 5: Sc 15, SL in 1st SC made, Ch 1, turn.
Rnd 6: *2 SC, 2 SC in next sp, Rep from * around, SL to 1st Sc made, CH 1, turn. (20)
Rnd 7: 20 SC, SL to 1st SC made, CH 1, turn.
Rnd 8: *2 SC, 2 SC in next sp, Rep from * around, SL to 1st SC made, Ch 1, turn. (26)

Using Green Thread go back to row 14 and working in the unused loops:
Rnd 17-26: 64 SC, SL to 1st SC made, Ch 1 turn.
Rnd 27: * 2 SC, Ch 2, Sk 2 sps, Rep from * around, SL to 1st SC made, CH 1 turn.
Rnd 28: *2 SC in CH 2, sp, 2 SC, Rep from * around, Sl to 1st SC made, CH 1, turn.
Rnd 29 SLO: SL around, SL to 1st SL made, Tie off and hide String.
String:
CH 65 Tie off.
Take the String and weave in and out of RND 27.
Take16” of orange DMC floss and fold in half and weave half way around the hat sew on the button and the finish the other side of the hat. Tie off and hide string.
